Why become The Mobile CEO? Why share yourself and your family with the world? Why not just sail away quietly? Those are all great questions to ask. The simple answer is that Mr. Leonard is a teacher, a strategist, and one who helps people live and fulfill their dreams. His goal is that by illustrating the ability to run a business from a sailboat, others will take the initiative to build better balance into their lives.
Scott is also just an average guy, a husband, a father and one who appreciates nature. He has a strong desire to be an active part of his kid’s lives while they grow up. And as an entrepreneur, he just can’t wait for retirement to live his dreams.
By becoming The Mobile CEO, and creating this website, Scott hopes to fulfill three main goals:
- To serve as a real life example of the ability to run a business from anyplace, and in doing so create a holistic balance between work, family, and self.
- To help spread the knowledge of the worldwide importance of our oceans and the dangerous tipping point at which we find ourselves relative to the health of our oceans and all who rely on them for survival.
- To share the tools, tips, trials, and tribulations of the adventure as a family, as philanthropists and as The Mobile CEO.
